Oscar and Danitza will guide you through the preparation of the original Caesar Salad, sharing its authentic ingredients, traditional preparation techniques, and the fascinating story of how a simple salad created in Tijuana became an international culinary icon.
The evening will also feature a unique family story passed down through generations. Oscar will share the memories of his grandfather, Quinto Alessandrini, who worked in the kitchen where the Caesar Salad was created. Through these firsthand recollections, guests will discover a personal connection to one of the most beloved recipes in culinary history.
