We are honored to share this space dedicated to art, culture, architecture, and community.

For clarity of participation, Altar Aqua Studio is a DBA of 74 Homes LLC and Altar Aqua is a DBA of Buendía Daylights LLC.
This agreement applies to both entities and their affiliated brands, partners, and collaborators.

To ensure a respectful and safe experience for all guests, each attendee agrees to the following:

1. Respectful Participation

I agree to follow posted guidelines and any instructions provided by event staff to maintain a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees.

2. Food Service & Personal Responsibility

Food and beverages may be offered as part of the hospitality experience during events.

Each guest is solely responsible for reviewing ingredients, identifying potential allergens, and determining whether the food or beverages provided are suitable for their personal dietary needs or health conditions.

By choosing to consume any food or beverage served at the event, I acknowledge that Altar Aqua Studio and its affiliated entities cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination, and I accept full responsibility for my dietary choices.

3. Alcohol Responsibility

Some events may include alcoholic beverages.

If alcohol is served during an event, I acknowledge that Altar Aqua Studio, 74 Homes LLC, Buendía Daylights LLC, and their affiliates are not responsible for the consumption of alcohol or for any consequences related to such consumption.

Each guest is solely responsible for their own decisions, behavior, transportation, and well-being related to alcohol consumption.

4. Assumption of Risk

I understand that events may involve art installations, furniture, food service areas, lighting equipment, and the movement of guests within the space.

By attending, I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participating in public gatherings and I voluntarily assume responsibility for my own safety and the safety of any minor accompanying me.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless:

Altar Aqua Studio, 74 Homes LLC, Buendía Daylights LLC, their owners, partners, employees, volunteers, event collaborators, vendors, and affiliates

from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or in connection with my participation in the event, except in cases of proven intentional misconduct.

6. Care of Artwork and Property

Guests agree to treat all artworks, displays, furniture, and architectural elements with care and respect.

Any intentional or negligent damage to artwork or property may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement.

7. Photography & Media Release

I understand that photography and video recording may occur during the event.

By attending, I grant permission for Altar Aqua Studio to use images or video in which I may appear for documentation, marketing, promotional materials, and social media.

Guests who prefer not to appear in media should notify event staff upon arrival.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that I am attending voluntarily and have had the opportunity to review and understand this agreement before participating.

Bienvenido a Altar Aqua Studio.
Nos honra compartir este espacio dedicado al arte, la cultura, la arquitectura y la comunidad.

Para efectos de claridad, Altar Aqua Studio es un DBA de 74 Homes LLC y Altar Aqua es un DBA de Buendía Daylights LLC.
Este documento aplica a ambas entidades, así como a sus marcas, colaboradores y afiliados.

Para asegurar una experiencia respetuosa y segura, cada asistente acepta lo siguiente:

1. Participación Respetuosa

Acepto seguir las indicaciones publicadas y cualquier instrucción del personal del evento para mantener un ambiente seguro y respetuoso para todos los asistentes.

2. Servicio de Alimentos y Responsabilidad Personal

Durante algunos eventos pueden ofrecerse alimentos y bebidas como parte de la hospitalidad.

Cada asistente es responsable de revisar los ingredientes, identificar posibles alérgenos y determinar si los alimentos o bebidas son adecuados para su salud o restricciones dietéticas.

Al decidir consumir cualquier alimento o bebida, reconozco que Altar Aqua Studio y sus entidades afiliadas no pueden garantizar la ausencia de alérgenos o contaminación cruzada, y acepto plena responsabilidad por mis decisiones alimentarias.

3. Consumo de Alcohol

Algunos eventos pueden incluir bebidas alcohólicas.

En caso de que se sirva alcohol durante un evento, entiendo que Altar Aqua Studio, 74 Homes LLC, Buendía Daylights LLC y sus afiliados no son responsables por el consumo de alcohol ni por cualquier consecuencia derivada del mismo.

Cada asistente es responsable de sus decisiones, comportamiento, transporte y bienestar relacionados con el consumo de alcohol.

4. Asunción de Riesgo

Entiendo que los eventos pueden incluir instalaciones artísticas, mobiliario, áreas de servicio de alimentos, iluminación y circulación de personas.

Al asistir, reconozco que existen riesgos inherentes a cualquier reunión pública y acepto voluntariamente responsabilidad por mi propia seguridad y la de cualquier menor que me acompañe.

5. Exoneración de Responsabilidad

En la mayor medida permitida por la ley, libero y mantengo indemne a:

Altar Aqua Studio, 74 Homes LLC, Buendía Daylights LLC, sus propietarios, socios, empleados, voluntarios, colaboradores, proveedores y afiliados

de cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad, daño o pérdida que pudiera surgir durante o en relación con mi participación en el evento, excepto en casos de conducta intencional comprobada.

6. Cuidado de Obras y Propiedad

Los asistentes aceptan tratar con respeto todas las obras de arte, exhibiciones, mobiliario y elementos arquitectónicos.

Cualquier daño intencional o por negligencia puede implicar responsabilidad económica por reparación o reemplazo.

7. Consentimiento de Fotografía y Medios

Entiendo que durante el evento pueden tomarse fotografías o videos.

Al asistir, autorizo a Altar Aqua Studio a utilizar imágenes o videos en los que aparezca para documentación, promoción, marketing y redes sociales.

Si prefiero no aparecer en imágenes, lo comunicaré al personal al llegar.

8. Ley Aplicable

Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Estado de Texas.

9. Participación Voluntaria

Confirmo que asisto voluntariamente y que tuve oportunidad de revisar y entender este documento antes de participar.
